This is composed of Ketonic and aromatic solvent combination. The colour of the product is light hazy. Viscosity however varies between 1500 –1650cps for summer at 30 ± 2°C, 1200 –1400 cps for winter at 30 ± 2°C.

The Dendrite OR 3000 Adhesive should be applied where low thermal activation is required very suitable for synthetics. It is also used for the bonding of various substrates such as leather shoes, PVC sole, TPR sole, EVA etc.
How to Apply:-
It is imperative to mix with crosslinking agents such Yamadur H to use the adhesive - 20 / Yamadur R- 22 @ 3-5% weight by better durability of the joint surfaces and resistance to higher operating temperature reached.
The surfaces should be free of dust, oil and fat and, if necessary, appropriate primer should be used depending on the substrates to nature. This primer should be dried before application of adhesive.
Be a thin layer of hardener mixed adhesive are applied to the surfaces, bound. Leave 15 to 20 minutes for solvent evaporation.
Tack - free adhesive films on both substrates are heat be enabled at about 55-60 ° C, for 45-60 seconds and then pressed together with sufficient uniform pressure. Final peel strength will be reached after 24 hours.
Caution:-
The Dendrite OR 3000 Adhesive is highly flammable. One should replace lid immediately after the partial use. Containers should be stored in a cool, dry place so that it does not dry up quickly. It is suggested to wear protective clothing and goggles to protect eyes during handling.
